Half a billion dollars is a lot of money. A property investment company I helped start is getting ready to break ground on a gigantic project of the above value in Salt Lake City. Two of my great friends and old business partners have recently completed a 13 million dollar mixed use project and have are moving on to this much bigger projects. In addition to the Salt Lake project they have been acquiring loads of land in downtown Memphis, TN.

Projects of this scale terrify and excite me. I may yet choose to worm my way back into their partnership. What a great learning opportunity! It is my goal to move into the arena of large scale mixed use development. There are many places in the country what would benefit from well executed mixed use development. Knowledge and connections that would come from participation in this project are priceless
